Sparky's Puppets return to the BFL for a fabulous Halloween puppet show! Meet a friendly witch, a pesky goblin, and a mischievous spider in this funny, fast-paced interactive puppet show. No registration required. All ages welcome!


Read to a Dog

Luna will return for our next Read to a Dog program on Saturday, November 1st from 10:30 to noon! 

Bring one of your favorite books or pick one out here at the library, and read it aloud to therapy dog Luna! Turns last ten minutes. Please call (508) 653-6730 to sign up.

The Bacon Free Library and Natick Historical Society are sponsoring a Gingerbread House contest and raffle. Drop off amazing Gingerbread creations to 58 Eliot St on Tuesday, Dec. 2, and we will showcase them during the week for a raffle and then pick winners after our Open House on Saturday Dec. 6. Saturday, November 1st at noon, it’s the first meeting of our Mother-Daughter Book Club! 

Mothers and daughters ages 9-12 are invited to read Wonder by R.J. Palacio and join the discussion. Copies of Wonder are available at the library, or you can request one.
