Calling all Illustrators!

The Bacon Free Library Board of Trustees is planning a Fall fundraising auction of signed children's book illustrators work. If you or someone you know has illustrated a published children's book, please contact us at bfl@minlib.net to participate. We want to showcase local and national talent. We strongly believe that children's book  illustrators create beautiful artwork!

Charles River Community Groups

Check out Charles River Community Groups, a group of non-profits along Rte. 16 that includes the BFL, the Natick Historical Society, the Natick Organic Farm, Broadmoor Wildlife Sanctuary (Mass Audubon), Mass. Horticultural Society, and the Eliot Church. Our goal is to collaborate and share resources and programming for the betterment of the community.

Kids, parents, teachers, and those who do not like math are invited to attend this workshop, which will cover an ancient math system used for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. We’ll learn some tricks and have some fun!
